1. Our intellectual property

All content on marah.au — including text, photography, illustrations, logos, device imagery, treatment descriptions, page layouts and underlying source code — is owned by or licensed to MARA.H Skin & Aesthetics and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) and applicable international treaties. Unless expressly stated, nothing on this site grants you any licence or right to copy, reproduce, republish, frame, mirror, or otherwise redistribute our content without our prior written consent.

2. Respect for third-party rights

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe that any content made available on marah.au infringes your copyright, please notify us in writing so we may investigate and act promptly.

3. How to submit a takedown notice

To help us respond quickly, please send a written notice to our copyright contact (Section 7) that includes all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or, where a single notice covers multiple works, a representative list);
• The specific URL(s) on marah.au where the material you claim is infringing is located, so we can locate it;
• Your full name, physical address, email address and telephone number;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf; and
• Your electronic or physical signature.

4. Our response

On receiving a complete notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material, and take reasonable steps to notify the party who posted it. Incomplete notices may delay our response.

5. Counter-notification

If you believe that material you posted on marah.au was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notification containing:

• Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
• Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts; and
• Your electronic or physical signature.

6. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the access of users or account holders who repeatedly infringe the rights of others. We may also refuse to republish material that is the subject of repeated, valid takedown requests.

8. Governing law

Matters arising within Australia are governed by the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth). Where content is hosted on or distributed through US-based third-party platforms, we also comply with the notification and counter-notification procedures of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) as applicable.

9. Effective date

This policy is effective as of 1 October 2026 and may be updated from time to time. Please review it periodically.
